Interview with Kutcha Edwards
Kutcha is a Mutti Mutti man, born in Balranald, New South Wales, Australia. He was 'stolen' at 18 months and denied his birthright to grow with his family, to experience his culture and to live his identity. Kutcha talks openly about being removed from his family at 18 months old and time spent at Orana Children’s Home. Kutcha tells the story of the first contact he had with his mother and older brother who he met for the first time. Kutcha also talks about meeting his father, of his identity as an Aboriginal person and changing his name.
